  • Cells were first fixed with 80% methanol for 5 minutes, then permeabilized with 0.1% PBS-Tween for 20 minutes. Subsequently, they were incubated in 1×PBS containing 10% normal goat serum and 0.3 M glycine to block non-specific protein interactions; staining of HepG2 cells using AF488 Glucose Transporter GLUT1 Antibody [A2B22] (Product No.: G5334) (green, with red blank control). Analyzed data are derived from live total cells.
