| 背景 | 细胞色素C是一种电子转运蛋白，位于线粒体膜间隙，在氧化磷酸化和细胞ATP产生中发挥关键作用。凋亡刺激触发细胞色素C从线粒体释放到细胞质。在细胞质中，细胞色素C结合凋亡蛋白酶激活因子，进而激活凋亡起始因子pro caspase 9。胞质细胞色素C参与caspase 3的活化，caspase 3是ICE家族分子，是细胞凋亡的关键效应因子。 |
