背景 FOXP3（叉头盒蛋白3）是叉头/翼状螺旋转录调节因子家族的成员，在哺乳动物中高度保守，对于正常的免疫稳态至关重要。FOXP3长381个氨基酸，在CD25+ CD4阳性调节性T细胞中高水平稳定且持续表达，在CD4阳性/CD25阴性细胞中低水平表达，在CD4阴性/CD8阳性T细胞中缺失。FOXP3可能是一个主调控基因，也是调节性T细胞更特异的标记物。编码FOXP3蛋白的基因缺陷会导致小鼠出现scurfy表型。

Analyzed data are derived from cells within the lymphocyte gate.
