背景 3-磷酸甘油醛脱氢酶（GAPDH）在糖酵解过程中催化3-磷酸甘油醛的磷酸化。尽管在不同组织中的表达有所差异，但GAPDH通常被认为是一种组成型表达的看家蛋白。因此，其mRNA和蛋白水平常作为测量其他靶标变化的实验对照。最近的研究揭示了GAPDH在细胞凋亡、基因表达和核运输中的额外作用。GAPDH也可能导致亨廷顿病和阿尔茨海默病等神经退行性疾病。

  • Fixation of Jurkat cells with 4% formaldehyde, after washing, cells were permeabilized by adding 1000 μL of pre-cooled 90% methanol, followed by washing, and then staining of cells using AF488 mouse/human/rat GAPDH Antibody [14C10] (Selleck Cat.: G4989) (green, with red blank control). Analyzed data are derived from all cells with intact scatter.
