背景 CTLA-4,也称为CD152,在活化的CD28+ T细胞上瞬时表达,并以高亲和力结合抗原呈递细胞(APC)上存在的CD80和CD86。这种相互作用似乎向T细胞传递负调节信号。CTLA-4也在与活化T细胞共培养的B细胞上表达,表明CTLA-4在B细胞应答的调节中发挥作用。抗CTLA-4的抗体增强由CD3和CD28的抗体介导的交联诱导的T细胞增殖。CD152可由调节性T(Treg)细胞表达。细胞固定和破膜后,抗CTLA-4的抗体可以染色T细胞(包括Treg细胞)中表达的细胞内CD152。

Analysis was performed on total cells.
