| 背景 | Vinculin 是一种丝状肌动蛋白结合蛋白，最初被描述为粘着斑的关键组成部分。它在机械力传递、通过与α-catenin直接相互作用稳定细胞间连接以及将整合素连接到肌动蛋白细胞骨架中发挥重要作用。由于细胞间粘附的丧失，Vinculin蛋白表达的缺失会导致癌症组织中的转移表型。Vinculin已从前列腺癌外泌体中分离出来，可能作为紫杉烷耐药性前列腺癌进展的生物标志物；它也是细胞-细胞连接和粘着连接的常见标志物。 |

First, fix A-431 cells with 80% methanol for 5 minutes, then permeabilize with 0.1% PBS-Triton X-100 for 15 minutes; after that, incubate cells in 1×PBS containing 10% normal goat serum to block non-specific protein interactions. Stain the treated cells using AF647 mouse/human/rat Vinculin Antibody [G6F18] (Selleck Cat.: G5172) (green, with red blank control). Analyzed data are derived from total cells.
