背景 Akt，又称蛋白激酶B，是一种丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶，在调节细胞存活、凋亡、生长、代谢和细胞周期进程中发挥核心作用。Akt的激活需要同时通过PI3K生成的磷酸肌醇将其招募至质膜，以及在两个关键调节残基位点发生磷酸化：激活环中的Thr308（由PDK1催化）和C端疏水基序中的Ser473。
