  • Cells were first fixed with 80% methanol for 5 minutes, then permeabilized with 0.1% PBS-Triton X-100 for 15 minutes. Subsequently, cells were incubated with 1×PBS containing 10% normal goat serum to block non-specific protein interactions; then cells were stained using AF700 Vimentin Antibody [G7B2] (Product No.: G5347) (green, with red blank control). Analyzed data are derived from live total cells.
