Anti-mouse IL-17A-InVivo 单克隆抗体 (克隆号:17F3)可与 小鼠 IL-17A发生反应。IL-17A是一种由Th17 细胞、γδ T 细胞、iNKT 细胞、NK 细胞、LTi 细胞、中性粒细胞和肠 Paneth 细胞表达的15-20 kDa 细胞因子。IL-17A 在免疫调节和炎症中具有多效性。Anti-mouse IL-17A-InVivo可在体内中和IL-17A。
