背景 EGR2，也称为早期生长反应2或KROX20，是一种53 kDa的转录因子，参与调节与细胞生长和分化相关的基因表达。它在多种组织中表达，在神经系统中尤其丰富，特别是在施万细胞和发育中的脊椎动物神经系统，以及T细胞和B细胞等免疫细胞中。EGR2通过控制维持髓鞘所必需的基因，在外周神经系统（尤其是神经髓鞘形成）的发育和功能中起关键作用。
