背景 β-Catenin 也称为CTNNB1或beta-chip，是一种参与细胞信号传导和粘附的重要蛋白质。该蛋白质的分子量约为88 kDa。β-Catenin在许多细胞类型和组织中表达，表明其在各种生物学过程中具有广泛作用。它通过介导钙粘蛋白和肌动蛋白细胞骨架之间的联系来促进细胞间粘附，从而在机械上发挥作用。β-Catenin也是细胞核中转录调控过程的核心部分。该蛋白质在细胞粘附和基因表达调控中都发挥作用。

  • SW480 cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes, then permeabilized with PBS containing 0.1% Tween-20 for 20 minutes. After that, cells were blocked in 1×PBS / 10% normal goat serum / 0.3 M glycine to block non-specific protein interactions; then cells were stained using APC mouse/human/rat β-Catenin Antibody [I5A15] (Selleck Cat.: G5253) (green, with red blank control). Analyzed data are derived from live total cells.
