背景 IL-1受体1型，也称为CD121a，是一种80 kDa的跨膜糖蛋白，属于免疫球蛋白超家族成员。该受体表达于T细胞、胸腺细胞、树突状细胞、成纤维细胞、血管内皮细胞、上皮细胞和神经细胞。IL-1受体1型可结合IL-1α和IL-1β。配体结合后，该I型受体介导所有已知的IL-1生物学反应。
