产品描述	Ciclesonide (Alvesco, Omnaris, RPR251526, Zetonna)是一种糖皮质激素，用于治疗阻塞性气道疾病。
体外研究	Ciclesonide能被人类肺泡II型上皮（A549）有效地吸收，并代谢成为药物活性代谢物des-CIC和des-CIC的脂肪酸轭合物。

细胞实验	细胞系	人类肺泡II型上皮细胞(A549).
浓度	0.02 μM
处理时间	1 h
方法	Ciclesonide的代谢：经过初始培养后，用无菌PBS对A549细胞进行洗涤，洗涤5次。保存在乙醇的ciclesonide储存液用细胞培养基稀释1000倍，此为ciclesonide的初始浓度。将细胞置于含0.02 μM ciclesonide的DMEM/0.1% (w/v) BSA (5 ml/dish)培养基中，在CO2培养箱中孵育1小时。孵育结束后，用PBS洗涤5次，细胞在相同条件的5 ml/dish fresh medium (DMEM/0.1% (w/v) BSA)中培育3, 6或24小时。在每一个时间点，通过抽吸法除去培养基，加入5 mM EDTA-4Na/PBS孵育5分钟。细胞从皿上分离，收集细胞，皿用冰PBS洗涤5次。
