体外研究

在Ramos细胞中，GSK8612抑制TLR3诱导的干扰素调节因子IRF3磷酸化；在人原代单核细胞中，抑制IFN分泌。在THP1细胞中，GSK8612能够抑制dsDNA和cGAMP响应下IFNβ的分泌。GSK8612对磷酸化的TBK1的亲和力较低。在生化功能实验中，GSK8612对重组TBK1的pIC50为6.8。在细胞实验中，GSK8612的选择性决定于TBK1的激活状态。

体内研究

在小鼠、大鼠和人体血液中，GSK8612具有高的蛋白结合率。
