背景
成纤维细胞生长因子 10 (FGF 10)​ 是一种进化上保守的分泌型生长因子，主要介导间质向上皮的信号传导。FGF 10 属于 FGF 7 亚家族，并与其组成成员（FGF3、FGF 7 和 FGF 22）共享相似的生化特性和氨基酸序列。作为旁分泌 FGF，FGF 10 通过激活成纤维细胞生长因子受体 2b (FGF R 2b) 来引发其生物学反应，对于调控近远端生长以及模式形成至关重要，并作用于已知的顶端外胚层脊 (AER) 标志物 FGF 8 的上游。FGF10 也与胰腺癌有关，并且 FGFR2b 的过表达与转移性侵袭相关。
