白介素‑2 受体 β 链（IL‑2 Rβ）属于细胞因子受体超家族。人源 IL‑2 Rβ 的 cDNA 编码含 551 个氨基酸残基的 I 型跨膜前体蛋白，包含 26 个残基的信号肽、214 个残基的胞外区、25 个残基的跨膜区以及 286 个残基的胞内结构域。细胞表面的功能性 IL‑2 受体存在两种亲和力形式：高亲和力复合物由 α、β、γ 链构成异源三聚体；中等亲和力复合物由 β、γ 链构成异源二聚体。
