人组织激肽释放酶 5（hK5，又称角质层胰蛋白酶）是人组织激肽释放酶基因家族的丝氨酸蛋白酶。人 KLK5 推导氨基酸序列包含信号肽（Met1～Gly22）、前肽区（Val23～Arg66）以及成熟活性酶区（Ile67～Ser293）。KLK5 主要在皮肤、乳腺、脑和睾丸中表达，在其他多种组织中低水平表达。KLK5 过表达是卵巢癌预后不良的标志物。

开盖前先10,000-12,000 rpm 离心 30 s；向冻干粉中加入无菌PBS，用枪头轻轻吹打混匀，重悬浓度不低于 100 μg/mL；复溶之后分装放-80℃保存，避免反复冻融，如要长期储存，建议添加保护剂（如0.1% BSA、5% HSA、10% FBS等）
