人组织激肽释放酶 5（hK5，也称作角质层胰蛋白酶）是人组织激肽释放酶基因家族中的丝氨酸蛋白酶。由人 KLK5 基因推导得出的氨基酸序列包含信号肽（甲硫氨酸 1‑甘氨酸 22）、前肽区（缬氨酸 23‑精氨酸 66）以及成熟活性酶区（异亮氨酸 67‑丝氨酸 293）。KLK5 主要在皮肤、乳腺、大脑和睾丸表达，其余多数组织中仅有少量表达。卵巢癌中 KLK5 高表达提示预后不良。角质层内，hK5 是 hK7 潜在生理激活因子。

开盖前先10,000-12,000 rpm 离心 30 s；向冻干粉中加入无菌PBS，用枪头轻轻吹打混匀，重悬浓度不低于 100 μg/mL；复溶之后分装放-80℃保存，避免反复冻融，如要长期储存，建议添加保护剂（如0.1% BSA、5% HSA、10% FBS等）
