背景

B 细胞受体 CD22，也称为唾液酸结合免疫球蛋白样凝集素 2（Siglec‑2）、B 淋巴细胞黏附分子（BL‑CAM）、T 细胞表面抗原 Leu‑14，属于免疫球蛋白超家族及 SIGLEC（唾液酸结合免疫球蛋白样凝集素）家族。CD22 介导 B 细胞‑B 细胞间相互作用，可能参与 B 细胞在淋巴组织中的定位。Siglec‑2（CD22）可结合唾液酸化糖蛋白，CD45 即为其配体之一。CD22 一方面可通过与 Src 家族酪氨酸激酶互作发挥正向调控作用；另一方面也可作为抑制性受体，通过招募胞内磷酸酶（依靠磷酸酶的 SH2 结构域），对信号分子去磷酸化，从而阻断信号转导。

开盖前先10,000-12,000 rpm 离心 30 s；向冻干粉中加入无菌PBS，用枪头轻轻吹打混匀，重悬浓度不低于 100 μg/mL；复溶之后分装放-80℃保存，避免反复冻融，如要长期储存，建议添加保护剂（如0.1% BSA、5% HSA、10% FBS等）
