产品描述 Thiazolyl Blue (MTT, Tetrazolium bromide, Methylthiazolyldiphenyl-tetrazolium bromide, Methylthialazole Tetrazolium)是一种细胞可渗透且带正电的比色剂，被广泛用于检测细胞中的还原代谢以及测量细胞增殖，细胞毒性和凋亡。Thiazolyl Blue (MTT) 在活细胞中会从黄色还原为紫色的甲臜。
体外研究

1.MTT工作液的配制
用 PBS 溶解 MTT，获得 5 mg/mL 的 MTT。
2.细胞增殖检测（96孔板）
2.1接种细胞：制备单细胞悬液，用含10%FBS的培养基配制，接种于96孔板中，每孔1000-10000个细胞，每孔体积100uL。
2.2培养细胞：37℃。 5% CO2，孵育 24-72 小时。
2.3每孔加入10 μL MTT，孵育4 h，弃上清，对于悬浮细胞，需先离心。
2.4加入100 μL DMSO，震荡10 min，使晶体完全溶解
2.5 用吸光度板读数器在 OD = 562 nm 处监测吸光度。
