背景

Noggin 是骨形态发生蛋白 (BMP) 的拮抗剂，对于某些发育事件是不可或缺的。Noggin 表达在 GC 细胞系模型和癌症基因组图谱人类 GC 队列中均与 EGFR 表达呈正相关。靶向 EGFR 及其下游通路可减少由 Noggin 促进的细胞增殖。Noggin 通过上调 EGFR 和增强由 β-连环蛋白、EGFR、ERK 和 Akt 形成的恶性循环来促进 GC 细胞的增殖。
