背景
转化生长因子 β1（TGFβ1）是日益扩大的肽类生长因子超家族的原型分子，在细胞周期进程、细胞分化、生殖功能、发育、运动、粘附、神经元生长、骨形态发生、伤口愈合及免疫监视等多种细胞过程中具有突出作用。TGF-β1、TGF-β2 和 TGF-β3 通过相同的异源受体复合物传递信号，该复合物由配体结合的 TGF-β II 型受体（TβR-II）与 TGF-β I 型受体（TβR-I）构成。受体至细胞核的信号转导由 SMAD 蛋白介导。TGF-β 在软骨、骨骼、牙齿、肌肉、心脏、血管、造血细胞、肺、肾脏、肠道、肝脏、眼睛、耳朵、皮肤及神经系统中均有表达。
