背景
B 细胞分化抗原 CD72 是单次跨膜 II 型膜蛋白。CD72 以二硫键连接的同源二聚体形式存在，含有一个 C 型凝集素结构域。CD72 表达于 B 谱系细胞、NK 细胞、单核细胞、树突状细胞和肥大细胞。CD72 是 CD5 的配体，可与 CD5 结合，同时结合 PTPN6/SHP‑1，参与 B 细胞的增殖与分化。抗原刺激后，CD72 可与 B 细胞抗原受体（BCR）复合物中的 CD79A 结合，并通过招募磷酸酶 SHP‑1 减弱 BCR 信号。
