Glycyrrhizin (NSC 167409, Glycyrrhizic Acid)是一种直接的高迁移率族蛋白1(HMGB1)的抑制剂，抑制依赖于HMGB1的炎症分子表达和氧化应激反应。调节p38和p-JNK信号通路，而不影响p-ERK信号通路。同时也能抑制11 beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase。
