体外研究(In Vitro)
体外研究活性

Gö 6983(300 μM)作用于转染PKCμ的NIH3T3细胞,抑制PKCμ自磷酸化,降低20%。[1]

心脏再灌注PMNs和Gö 6983 (100 nM),左心室发展压(LVDP)和LVDP率分别恢复到基准值的89%和74%,显著高于PMNs单独处理。与心脏缺血再灌注(I/R)+ PMN 相比,Gö 6983 (100 nM)显著降低PMNs黏附到内皮细胞和浸润到心肌,且显著抑制超氧化物从PMNs中释放,抑制达90%。在PMNs存在时,Gö 6983降低I/R后心肌收缩功能障碍,这可能与降低超氧化物的产生部分相关。[2]

Gö 6983显著抑制抗原诱导的超氧化物从以前对树花粉过敏的患者白细胞中释放。Gö 6983作用于人类血管组织,抑制细胞内的Ca(2+)累积,说明其血管舒张特性机制。[3]

Go-6983(1 μM)与Ro-31-8425(390 nM)联用作用于PGSMCs,轻微抑制Angiotensin II诱导的PLD2活性。[4]

Gö 6983 是亚型特异性的PKC抑制剂,靶向作用于ATP 结合位点。Gö 6983抑制ΔPfPKB活性,IC50为1 μM。Gö 6983(5 μM)处理过的细胞中,与对照培养物相比,下一细胞周期环数显著减少。Gö 6983 (5 μM) 处理P. falciparum培养物,使新环形成减少近60%。[5]
